Learn more about us (3) LER TechForce: Life | LinkedInWhat you will be doing: Maintain of equipment, including torque tools, bonding machines, and microscopes.Follow work instructions, schematics, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.Work collaboratively with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and support product validation.Maintain clean and organized workstations to comply with 5S and safety standardsWhat you will need to be successful: Essential:High school diploma or GED1+ year of hands-on experience in electronics or optical assembly; automotive or camera experience a strong plus.Working with pneumatic screwdrivers, vision systems (reading barcodes, etc)Familiarity with ESD-safe practices and cleanroom protocols.Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation.Strong manual dexterity and experience using precision hand tools and microscopes.Basic computer skills and experience with digital work instructions or production softwarePreferredAssociate degree or technical certification in electronics or manufacturing is preferred.PLC knowledgeExperience assembling automotive-grade components or optical systems.Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 quality systems.Familiarity with ADAS technologies and vehicle sensor systems.IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certificationWhat you will get: Full benefits: medical, dental, visionShort-term & Long-term disability, life insurance Competitive Paid time off package
