The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance on equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and undertaking necessary repairs. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting industrial machinery, repairing defective equipment parts, maintaining facility systems, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Technician will also work with other team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Electrical diagnostics and repair skills
  • Experience with preventive maintenance practices
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certifications or vocational training in maintenance or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
