Maintenance TechnicianMaintenance Technician helps maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium Association. Ensures that all mechanical systems and equipment are functional and properly maintained in a clean and esthetically appealing condition.Candidate must have initiative and the ability to work independently and report to the manager work that was accomplished.
