PCA provides all special and heavy tools.PCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipendsPCA provides Uniforms for Maintenance TechniciansTuition Reimbursement programs ResponsibilitiesThis position is based at the PCA Box Plant located in Honea Path, SCThis position will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems on plant equipment.Technicians work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities as well as answer break down calls in a Production Environment.All Maintenance Technician positions are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.Ability to arrive on time for work.Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Open availability for shift work to support production schedules and Maintenace, Planning, and Scheduling. Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed.Previous experience with process flows, machinery, and mechanical equipment such as pumps, engines, motors, pneumatic systems and valves, hydraulic systems and valves, conveyor systems, compressors, large rotating equipment, boilers, and other continuous process equipment.A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.Be Authorized to work in the US. All applicants must apply at to be considered.
