As a Maintenance Technician II (in Sussex WI) you will be responsible for performing general preventative and predictive maintenance to food manufacturing machines that include setting up, adjusting and repairing all types of equipment in order to consistently meet our standards for safety and quality.+ Pay range for days starts at: $36.00 + Pay range for nights starts at: $37.50 + Work Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule+ We have both days and nights available A Taste of the Job:Responding to production floor maintenance calls from machine operators on a variety of equipment.Performing assigned maintenance tasks as well as machine breakdown tasks to ensure continuous production.Attending and participating in crew transition meetings, as well as daily transition meetings with other Maintenance Technicians.Reading blueprints, instruction manuals, and mechanical drawings.Using measuring instruments, calipers, multimeter, etcReworking and rebuilding mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480 volt 3 phase system to include blown fuses, repairing and rewiring motors, under qualified supervision.Set up and operate all types of production equipment and machine tools such as, but not limited to, lathes, mills, welder, make or rework required machine parts.Perform basic PLC troubleshootingRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years experience as a mechanical/electrical electricianProven problem solving skills with a mechanical understanding of machinerySome experience in forklift operationsAbility to use a multi-meterBasic math and computer skillsAbility to communicate effectively and efficientlyBenefits and Perks:$2,000 Sign On BonusHealth, Vision and Dental insurance plans, including 100% employer paid options!Vacation Time (PTO)401K Retirement Plan with company matchIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to: and in the subject title please tell us if you prefer day or nigh shift.
