We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to become part of our Engineering team. In this position, your main duty will be to keep the property in optimal condition at all times, reducing any disturbances for our guests. You will conduct diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on the building's mechanical systems. A background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, life safety protocols, and basic computer skills is preferred. Additionally, you will be required to assist with building security, which includes, but is not limited to, patrolling the perimeter, aiding with the fire panel, and ensuring that entrances are secure, among other duties.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar work environment (preferred)
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude at all times.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
- Must be adept at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
- Must be capable of multitasking and prioritizing departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Must demonstrate initiative, including anticipating the needs of guests or operations.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
