This position is responsible to provide on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team. Responsibilities Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week. Manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week. Utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform. Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office. Requirements A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. No felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check). The ability to lift up to 100lbs. High school degree. Hours The work week will consist of 30-50 hours with some weekend work. Bonus Potential to earn an annual bonus when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year. Additional bonus based on the number of pools serviced during a pay period.
