Maintenance Technician – 1st & 3rd ShiftLocation: Mukwonago, WICompany: Engauge WorkforceSchedule: 6:30 PM – 3:30 PM & 10:30 PM - 7 AM (OT when demands call for it)Pay Rate: 1st Shift ($19.50-35/hr); Night Shift ($21.45 - 38.50) Retention Bonus: Up to $5,000Production Bonus: Based on Annual ResultsJob Type: DIRECT HIREPosition SummaryEngauge is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The technician will work under the Maintenance Supervisor to diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.Diagnose and resolve operating issues, including hydraulics, electrical controls, and heating systems.Disassemble, inspect, and overhaul machine components to ensure optimal performance.Assist senior mechanics in resolving complex machine problems and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.Install and align molding machines, drives, bearings, and precision mechanisms using measuring instruments.Collaborate with contractors on major plant installations and equipment expansions.Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records while following all safety protocols.Required Qualifications:Experience in the installation and maintenance of injection molding machines and process equipment.Knowledge of hydraulic, heating, and electrical systems used in molding operations.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Trade school training or equivalent experience (2-3 years preferred).Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.What We Offer:- Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), vacation, medical, dental, vision, maternity/paternity leave, life - insurance for you and dependents, and more.- Career development and training opportunities through our award-winning corporate university.
