Banyan Living is a thriving company that specializes in owning and operating luxury apartment homes throughout the greater Cleveland, Akron, and Columbus metropolitan areas. We are currently searching for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Canton!

As a Maintenance Technician at Banyan Living, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our apartment communities. Your responsibilities will include performing repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring that our residents have a pleasant living experience. We are looking for a reliable individual who possesses both technical skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to be on call for emergency maintenance as needed.
