As a Maintenance Technician at Banyan Living, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our properties. Your responsibilities will include routine maintenance, repairs, and enhancing the overall community environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Willingness to be on call and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
