Summary The General Maintenance Technician maintains the club’s facilities and equipment. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and basic repairs under supervision. Complete routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders promptly. Handle basic maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs. Assist with de-winterizing and winterizing various club facilities. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Hands-on repair capabilities and comfort with hand tools. Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or with a team. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. Requirements Valid Driver’s License. Conversational English. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, along with bending, climbing, and repetitive motions. Ability to stand or sit for long periods and work outdoors and indoors. Work Hours Full-time, year-round position. Shift options: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Flexible schedule with possible overtime.
