Position Summary: IEC is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to work at three of our apartment communities (283 units total) located in Oxnard, California. The Maintenance Technician must have experience working in an apartment community and strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members. Self-starter, work well with a team, take initiative, as well as ability to take direction from others. The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday from 8 am-5 pm and requires the ability to be on-call in case of emergencies.
