Our facility utilizes a variety of automated and mechanical systems to support production, and we are seeking skilled maintenance professionals to help ensure reliability and uptime.

Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
  • Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and control systems
  • Support and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (basic troubleshooting required)
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Perform equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation (CMMS preferred)
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance

Qualifications (Required)

  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Basic understanding of PLCs (troubleshooting, not programming)
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime or shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field
  • Experience with VFDs, motors, sensors, and automation systems
  • Welding and fabrication experience
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Background in high-speed manufacturing or automated environments
