This role offers competitive starting pay of up to $42 per hour dependent of experience, as well as a range of benefits that you could be eligible for such as healthcare, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance!Benefits included:Paid vacation and holidaysQuarterly bonus potential7% 401(k) company contribution (4% match + 3% additional)Immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision coveragePreventative Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRead schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues and replace/repair componentsOperate various hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipmentMaintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in line with safety standardsParticipate in a hands-on technical test during the interview processTrain on 1st shift (8AM–8PM) and move to a 2-2-3 night shift schedule (8PM–8AM)Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment uptime and reliabilityPreventative Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree in Mechatronics or related technical field preferredMinimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong electrical troubleshooting skills required — Siemens experience highly preferredAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and work in high-heat and physically demanding environmentsPreferred certifications: CMRT, OSHA 10Recruiting Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
