With the new facility in Spartanburg, SC now operational, we’re building a best-in-class maintenance team to support our high-tech, robotics-driven production lines. This is your chance to be part of something from the start—and grow with it. The Maintenance Technicians will be on 3rd Shift (training on 1st shift). Pay is $28.50+ (higher pay is based depending on experience), with a sign-on bonus paid out over the course of 6 months.What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our automated welding and robotics systems running smoothly. Responsibilities include:Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) on robotic weld cells and automation equipmentTroubleshooting PLCs, robotics (especially Kawasaki & ABB), and electrical/mechanical systemsSupporting electricians, engineers, and vendor techs with installations and diagnosticsMentoring entry-level Weld TechniciansHandling basic facility needs (hands-on startup culture)What We’re Looking ForTop SkillsetsRobotics Experience: Kawasaki preferred, ABB also valuedPLC Troubleshooting: Ladder logic interpretation required (programming expected at senior levels)Welding Knowledge: MIG, TIG, Stick—understanding robotic weld applicationsStable Work History: Proven reliability in fast-paced industrial environmentsTeam Collaboration: Able to work with techs, leadership, and support staffQualifications3+ years of experience in maintenance, automation, or welding tech rolesHigh school diploma or equivalent (required); associates in Mechatronics or similar preferredCertification or training in Machine Repair, Electrician Journeyman, or equivalent preferredStrong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skillsMust be able to obtain industrial truck/aerial lift licenseComfortable with Microsoft Office toolsWhy Join The Team?Employee Ownership: Eligible for our ESOP after 1 yearDay 1 Healthcare: Blue Cross Blue Shield coverageRoom to Grow: Startup environment = career accelerationHands-On Learning: Cross-training, mentorship, and technical testing ensures developmentTeam Culture: People-powered success with mutual support across all levelsShift & TrainingStart with 1st shift training: 1 week of onboarding (8 AM–4 PM), followed by hands-on training (~1 month)Transition to 3rd shift (schedule TBD)Flexibility for mandatory or voluntary OT—typical weeks range from 40 to 80 hours based on production demands
