Responsibilities:
-Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
-Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and systems.
-Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
-Repair or replace defective equipment parts.
-Collaborate with other team members on projects.
-Collaborate with other team members on projects.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance within an industrial environment.
-Strong mechanical and electrical experience
-Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques.
-Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
-Familiarity with PLC systems, with basic troubleshooting skills required and programming experience recommended.
-Essential knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair basic issues.
-Strong electrical expertise, including proficiency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing components.
-Mechanical aptitude, capable of replacing and rebuilding gearboxes, shafts, rollers, blowers, piping, belts, machine guarding, pumps, hoses, and other industrial equipment.
-Skilled in conducting routine safety system inspections, lubricating equipment, and providing necessary data for equipment analysis and maintenance checklists
