Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and surface grinding on production machinery. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and production equipment

Conduct daily surface grinding on dies and tooling

Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals

Operate maintenance equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and CNC vertical mills

Assist with welding, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed

Follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measures)

Team-oriented with strong attention to safety and detail

Preferred:

Experience in tooling or manufacturing environments

Electrician, Plumbing, or CAD certification

Valid driver’s license
