Avera Health - - Responsibilities: Provide a safe, clean, attractive, and economically efficient environment.; Maintain consistent and regular communication with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding problems, conditions, information, equipment needs, personnel, and buildings.; Assist in developing and maintaining preventive maintenance, repair, security, and life safety programs to ensure 24-hour operation.; Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring that buildings and grounds are in good condition and meet all applicable building and life safety codes.; Support daily maintenance tasks and quick response to facilities issues to minimize downtime.
