What You'll Do
You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our community running like clockwork:
- Diagnose & repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical
- Get homes move-in ready (paint, patch, deep clean – the works)
- Be part of the on-call rotation (yep, emergencies happen – and you'll be paid for it)
- Keep common areas and maintenance shop clean, stocked, and safe
- Talk to residents like people — communicate clearly and respectfully
- Always follow OSHA and safety protocols — we want everyone going home safe
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or skilled trades
- EPA certification? Even better.
- Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder like a champ
- Tech-savvy enough to handle mobile work order systems
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Must live within 30 minutes of RISE Sereno
