SBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. The investment is worth $70 million. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for Maintenance Technicians or Mechanics who will maintain and repair machinery and equipment in order to prevent breakdown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements.
• Prepare instructions for equipment management, work, safety and health, TPM and other instructions.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and environmental standards and requirements in their work.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician/Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
