Management Analyst Junior Apply

RMC is hiring a Jr. Management Analyst to support our Navy customer in Indian Head, Maryland. The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Transport records, documents, and drawings between various government departments. Some local travel may be required.
- Support the identification, inventory, review, and evaluation of hard copy and electronic documents, including scanning of hard copy documents.
- Support logging of electronic records into Government management systems, such as Total Records Information Management (TRIM) System.
- Prepare documents for shipment to the Federal Records Center and National Archives and Records Administration.
- Assist with the coordination of documents for destruction.
- Research and verify drawings using the Naval Ships Engineering Drawing Repository (NSEDR).
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience, an associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience, or a high school diploma or GED and six (6) years of relevant experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to apply management principles, analytical techniques, and systematic processes to collect, analyze, and interpret information that supports program and project decision-making for managers and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Security Clearance:
- An active interim DoD Secret clearance is required to start, but the applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $43,000 to $63,000 annually.
