Responsibilities
Support teams in conducting benefit plan analysis and benchmarking studies.
Participate in the evaluation and improvement of compensation and payroll processes.
Assist in the management and utilisation of payroll software for accurate wage processing.
Engage in data analytics to enhance workforce insights and performance measurement.
Contribute to the development and reporting of rewards and benefits strategies.
Collaborate on service delivery projects to improve client satisfaction and outcomes.
Observe and learn from stakeholder engagement practices to enhance service delivery.
Assist in the preparation of reports for compensation and benefits programmes.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimise business operations.
Support the implementation of incentive programmes to motivate employee performance.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Before starting full‑time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing actuarial exams.
Client service intern positions are entry‑level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four‑year degree programme or fourth year of a five‑year programme at the time of application. Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school. Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school.

Salary & Benefits
