Department CC019090 Project Management Job Description Summary Position Responsibilities Level of guidance: Supporting the department with creation/enhancement of reports/dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to drive cost-savings initiatives and decision-making. Conducts on-site observations and summary of findings/recommendations Data and reports: Able to understand data sources. Runs reports as needed. Analytics: Provides analytical support to the department and project stakeholders. Meeting involvement: Supports with scheduling meetings and bringing analyses that are relevant for discussion. Documents and follows up on action items for meetings. Communications Skills: Constantly communicates with other departments. Operational Understanding: Works to understand the how various departments operation (given their specific constraints), in order to make recommendations and work on a variety of projects, as requested. Projects/Initiatives: Under guidance, supports the implementation of initiatives. Change Management: Able to interact well with PMO customers, regularly meets with departments and is able to listen and understand their concerns and engage them in improving the areas they work on. Strategic/Innovative thinking: Works on tasks and projects as requested. Contributes to the department's cost savings/avoidance target Sustainability: Identifies appropriate measures of success for projects. All other tasks assigned.
