We’re looking for a Management Executive Assistant to provide high level support to our Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of projects, meetings, and operational processes across the business. Role Purpose As the Management Executive Assistant, you will deliver a professional and efficient service to the Senior Management Team. You’ll support project monitoring, coordinate key activities, and ensure deadlines are met across the organisation. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and maintain strong working relationships will be essential to your success. Main Responsibilities Coordinating, collating, and chasing Board Packs and MI reports. Organising events, meetings, accommodation, and travel arrangements. Taking accurate minutes for all formal meetings. Monitoring and following up on deadlines set by the management team. Managing SLT diaries and ensuring effective scheduling. Acting as a high level liaison with clients for OH and MLR on behalf of the management team. Supporting project management activities where administrative deadlines apply. Liaising with OH acquisitions and directing queries appropriately. Maintaining and updating key documents. Providing general management administration, including coordinating responses across the business. Updating organisational charts, contact lists, and job descriptions. Role Specification Knowledge & Experience Understanding of operational processes. Evidence of building and maintaining strong working relationships. Ability to prioritise workload effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skills & Abilities Strong relationship building skills with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent time management and organisational abilities. Confident interpersonal and presentation skills. High quality copywriting skills with exceptional accuracy in written English. Personal Qualities Motivated and proactive. Clear and confident communicator. Exceptional attention to detail. Able to take initiative and remain calm under pressure. A collaborative team player with strong timekeeping.
