We are actively seeking driven, growth-oriented, and sales-minded candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables. As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training. On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18‑24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management.
While the position provides real on-the-job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management.
