This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company. Requisition Number: 220379 Key Responsibilities Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions. Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency. Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits. Required Skills / Qualifications Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months. DOT Requirements Have an active driver's license. Be at least 21 years of age. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Be qualified to drive a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Preferred Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role. A business or otherwise related academic major. A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities. Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
