Monitor performance through data analysis, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to exceed targets. Maintain senior‑level relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Handle major business negotiations and contracts to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Work closely with finance & operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively. Work together with technical Dept, technical service, and reach budget for non‑sewing business in the assigned sales area.
