The Manager, Data Governance shapes and executes the organization’s enterprise data governance strategy. This role leads initiatives to establish and enforce data policies, standards, and practices across the organization, ensuring data quality, compliance, and security of core data domains, including PII/PHI. The Manager, Data Governance collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives the adoption of data governance frameworks, manages data stewardship efforts, and facilitates day-to-day data-related decision-making processes. The incumbent in this role fosters a data-driven culture and enables the organization to leverage data as a strategic asset. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above. Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management from an accredited institution preferred Certified Data Management Professional (CFMP) required Key Qualifications Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to the management of healthcare data (i.e., PHI/PII, HIPAA, etc.) Knowledge of data quality and data protection management practices including those related to the management of healthcare data (i.e., PHI/PII, HIPAA, etc.) Knowledge of data quality and data protection management practices, including those related to the management of healthcare data (i.e., PHI/PII, HIPAA, etc.) preferred Highly developed skills in priority setting and alignment of project priorities with departmental strategy Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics Ability to articulate vision of transformation efforts and a sense of mission Willingness to take change and provide direction Results orientation, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion Demonstrated ability to manage adversity and challenging situationsAbility to manage relationships and drive collaboration and alignment across business & technical audiences Ability to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts and negotiate with others Collaborative team player orientation towards work relationships, strong culture awareness Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals Ability to get to the heart of the problem and make sound and timely decisions to resolve problems Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply TODAY! #J-18808-Ljbffr
