The Manager, Data Governance shapes and executes the organization’s enterprise data governance strategy. This role leads initiatives to establish and enforce data policies, standards, and practices across the organization, ensuring data quality, compliance, and security of core data domains, including PII/PHI. The Manager, Data Governance collaborates with cross-functional teams, drives the adoption of data governance frameworks, manages data stewardship efforts, and facilitates day-to-day data-related decision-making processes. The incumbent in this role fosters a data-driven culture and enables the organization to leverage data as a strategic asset. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.
