Job Purpose:We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance Systems-Manager to join our Finance Department to support our ongoing SAP implementation and future system enhancements. The incumbent will serve as the key liaison between the Finance function and the IT/SAP project team, ensuring that system configurations meet business needs and comply with accounting requirements. This role also provides day-to-day SAP support to Finance staff and delivers user training to build system competence across the Finance team.Key Responsibilities:Act as a subject matter expert in SAP FICO, Project System (PS), Customer Service (CS), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM) modules from a Finance perspective.Support Finance process owners in designing and documenting end-to-end business processes, with a focus on Engineering Design and Development, Manufacturing and MRO operations and their accounting impacts in SAP.Assist in testing, data validation, and user acceptance for system implementation and enhancements.Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials.Develop and deliver user training for Finance staff to strengthen SAP proficiency and promote best practices.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Finance function.Provide daily functional support to Finance users to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth operations.Coordinate with IT, SAP consultants, and other stakeholders in Finance and Operations for issue resolution, enhancements, and integration activities.Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards in system processes and configurations.Requirements:Bachelor of degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5 - 7 years of experience supporting SAP FICO and related modules (PS, CS, PP, SD, MM) in a Finance or Finance Systems role.Strong knowledge of costing, cost control, and financial accounting entries related to revenue recognition for Engineering Design and Development, Manufacturing and MRO processes.Familiarity with month-end closing activities and financial reporting in SAP.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.SAP certification is an advantage.Knowledge of SAP reporting tools (e.g., Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud) is beneficial.Prior involvement in SAP system upgrades, testing, or change management.Demonstrated experience providing user support and training to Finance teams.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
