We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, high-performing professional to lead and oversee executive leadership team (ELT) technology support. The Manager IT, Executive Support provides strategic leadership and hands-on management of day-to-day C-suite technology needs, ensuring a seamless and white-glove experience for executives and their administrative partners. This role reports to the Senior Manager, End User Computing, and is responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing a team of Executive Support Technicians while maintaining direct engagement with executive stakeholders.Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Support Technicians, ensuring service delivery and professional growthProvide in-person, high-touch technical support to C-level executives and their Executive AssistantsDeliver on-site technical support for critical meetings, including Quarterly Earnings Calls, Executive Leadership Team meetings, and Board meetingsOversee technology support for executive-level events such as Department Town Halls, global all-hands meetings, and external client meetingsTravel on short notice to support emergency or high-priority offsite executive meetings as requiredDevelop, maintain, and document executive meeting support standards, including room configurations, technical procedures, and best practicesAct as a trusted technology advisor by staying current with emerging technologies and proactively presenting relevant solutions to executive leadershipEffectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal disruption to executive workflowsUtilize Microsoft Intune to manage executive devices, including application deployment, policies, and device complianceProactively manage executive hardware lifecycle, including upgrades, patches, health checks, and replacement planningEnsure daily operational readiness of conference rooms within the Bridgewater corporate officeMaintain operational technology functionality for the Miami Office, coordinating support as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experienceFive years or more of experience providing direct C-level executive support, including Microsoft Teams Meetings, laptop support, Microsoft 365, iOSiPad OS, and meeting room A/V technologiesTwo years or more of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including application deployment, policies, Autopilot, remediations, OS upgrades, mobile device configurationsWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeExperience supporting end-user device deployment and planning within the healthcare industry is an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at the executive levelStrong customer-centric mindset with a focus on discretion, professionalism, and responsivenessFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern AI-driven productivity tools is preferredCertifications in ITIL and/or Microsoft-related platforms are a plusThis position may be available in the following location(s): US - Bridgewater, NJ hybridAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $115,000.00 and $150,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
