Position Summary: Walmart is seeking a Manager to lead the Break/Fix Display Program supporting in-store fixtures, interactive displays, and demo units. This role will ensure customer-facing displays remain operational, safe, and brand-compliant across the store fleet while driving program efficiency, vendor accountability, and cost control. This leader will serve as the central point of coordination between field teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to reduce downtime and protect the in-store customer experience. What you’ll do Own end-to-end management of the Break/Fix display program. Establish and manage SLAs, service standards, and escalation processes. Monitor vendor performance including response time, first-time fix rate, and compliance. Develop reporting dashboards to track uptime, cycle time, cost, and recurring issues. Identify root causes and implement preventative solutions to reduce repeat repairs. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Store Operations, Asset Protection, Supply Chain, and Finance. Support new display rollouts by embedding break/fix readiness into launch plans. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, program management, facilities, or vendor management. Strong PMO discipline with experience managing third‑party service providers. Data‑driven mindset and ability to translate KPIs into action. Ability to influence cross‑functional partners in a large‑scale retail environment. Success in This Role Looks Like Improved display uptime and reduced repair cycle times. Strong vendor SLA performance and cost management. Clear program visibility through reporting and executive updates. Reduced repeat service calls through root cause identification.
