Position Summary The role of Manager of Operations Support is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of water and wastewater systems by providing strategic administrative support, resource coordination, and compliance oversight. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Hiring Requirements Bachelor's Degree or advanced technical training in earth or environmental sciences, and/or the appropriate water and/or wastewater treatment licenses as required. Education may be substituted for industry experience. Five or more years' experience in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership competency and multiple formal leadership training. Clear understanding of applicable state regulations and experience leading a dynamic team of support staff. Disciplined attitude regarding processes and procedures, problem solving and good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point. OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
