As an expert provider recruiter, you will implement the Starling vision to ensure we are recruiting top talent that is motivated to drive change in healthcare through our multispecialty care model. In this highly collaborative role, you will help the business grow by attracting high caliber Physician and APP talent to our model of care. You will forge meaningful relationships and collaborate with physician and operational leadership to ensure organizational provider recruitment needs are achieved.
