Qualifications: A. Education & Training: High School graduate or GED equivalent. B. Experience: Previous management experience. C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure: Current ServeSafe certification or obtained within ninety (90) days of hire. D. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Utilizes a variety of food service equipment, both large and small equipment. These include food slicers and processors, ovens, fryers, steamers, refrigerators, freezers, dish machines, and floor cleaning machines.
