Bio Petro Clean (BPC) Solutions is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of industrial automation, monitoring, and skid-based solution projects. If you thrive in cross-functional coordination, industrial execution, and turning POCs into long-term value, this opportunity is for you. Lead complete project lifecycle – from pre-sales support to engineering coordination, execution, QA, site management, software alignment, and subscription conversion. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, Software, Vendors, and Site Teams to ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery . Pre-Sales & Project Kick-off Support sales during technical discussions Convert customer POs into executable project scope Prepare project plans, Gantt charts & schedules Release internal & external POs Supervise cross-functional & third-party teams Ensure timely panel manufacturing, skid fabrication & communication unit delivery Vendors, QA & Site Execution Manage vendors & quality inspections Coordinate site readiness (electrical, piping, civil) Ensure quality & safety compliance Software, POC & Customer Success Align software configurations, alerts & reporting Execute and review POCs weekly Drive POC-to-subscription conversion Deliver timely MORs with execution insights Proactively flag risks & corrective actions Engineering Degree (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Automation / Mechanical / Chemical preferred) 4–6 years of experience in automation or industrial project execution Experience with PLC/SCADA, panels, skids, IoT, monitoring systems preferred On-time & within-budget delivery Quality & first-time-right execution POC success & conversion rate Timely & accurate reporting If you are highly responsive, technically strong, and passionate about execution excellence, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
