Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $110,000 Incentive bonus plans available Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision Generous paid time off and 10 paid holidays Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and community-focused work environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead operational assessments and business process reviews to understand customer needs in public safety agencies Evaluate existing business processes and provide tailored recommendations for software solutions Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and develop new workflows Design and deliver training curriculum to enhance end-user engagement with new software Act as a liaison between technical resources and project managers to ensure customer needs are met What is Required (Qualifications) High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety IT environment Minimum of 3 years of experience as a People Manager Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers Strong project management and people management skills Technical expertise in software application deployment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in public safety technology solutions Proven ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing processes We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
