Manager- Global Change ManagementThe Manager of Global Change Management will play a key role in ensuring that all change initiatives processed through the Global Change Management process meet the policy and satisfy change objectives in a timely and effective manner by increasing employee adoption and usage of the GCM process globally. This position will focus on managing the process for changes to business processes and products (PCNs).The primary responsibility will be enforcing the policy globally, creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizing resistance. This person will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact operations, engineering and customers to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of desired results and outcomes.Responsibilities include:Managing the consistent global implementation and application of the change policy and methodologyCompleting internal change management process assessments and making appropriate recommendationsIdentifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics based on PCN process dataIdentifying and managing anticipated resistance by working with any impacted/participating location globallyConsulting with and coaching individuals and Change Review BoardsCreating and implementing actionable deliverables for ongoing communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plansSupporting and engaging appropriate senior leaders as required when special issues ariseCoaching managers and supervisors who may have questions about the policy or procedureSupporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities in the change management processManaging regular planned global reviews and updates of existing systems and documentsCoordinating efforts with Local and Regional CoordinatorsEvaluating and ensuring user readiness as new sites are integrated into the global change management processTracking process performance metrics and following up on and reporting on issues requiring resolutionSupporting change management at the organizational level by working closely with all participating support functions, plants and divisionsMonitoring the effective management of master data maintenance with data owners by executing regular audits. Leading improvement efforts as requiredConducting periodic external assessments of change management communication effectivenessMaking recommendations to improve in the areas where opportunity is identifiedUnderstanding, supporting and contributing to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and proceduresPerforming other related duties as assigned by managementQualifications include:Bachelor's in Engineering or Science degreeKnowledge of Change Management System in any OrganizationExperience and knowledge of change management in a manufacturing environment with product and process engineering supportProblem solving and root cause identification skillsExperience with large and small-scale organizational change effortsCustomer focused mindsetWillingness to travel globally between 10% and 30% of the timeExperience with assessing change feasibilityA solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
