We are looking for a Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant management.


This position requires an enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial personality who can go above and beyond to oversee all restaurant operations and employees. They will assist with the following:


Management:

  • Hire, train, and develop hourly employees
  • Identify and delegate responsibilities to leads and staff
  • Ensure that high levels of customer service are being achieved
  • Maintain and update proper employee documentation
  • Ensure that established company processes and procedures are consistently followed
  • Ensure that food standards are consistently being met, including quality and presentation
  • Follow and manage proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the restaurant

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain schedules that ensure appropriate staffing levels in accordance with labor goals
  • Maintain accurate weekly restaurant inventories in order to monitor and take appropriate action to control food costs
  • Review financial data weekly and initiate necessary actions to increase sales and profits
  • Manage daily deposits

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $75,000 – $85,000
  • Quarterly incentive plan with the potential to earn up to 10% of your base salary
  • Medical and dental insurance with a generous company contribution
  • 401(k) option with company match
  • PTO starting at 15 days per year with buy back options
  • 10 paid holidays per year

Requirements:

Position Requirements:

  • One year of management experience required
  • Must possess Manager Food Safety certification (within one month of employment)
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Able to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • Able to walk or stand for long periods
  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
