We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager, ERP & Manufacturing Execution Systems, to join the team with our Government Contract Practice.
This position can be onsite, hybrid, or virtual.
YOUR TEAM.
This position will support our Government Contract ERP team. We are seeking a new team member who is smart, curious, and loves the idea of blending technical and accounting skills to create solutions and solving problems. Youll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for our clients.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) including:
- MRP
- MPS
- ECN
- Routing
- Product Definitions
- BOM
- Sales Orders
- Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
- Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
- Implementation of Materials Modules (to support MES)
- Requisitions, Purchasing, Receiving
- Items, Inventory
- Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
- Support and Troubleshooting MES implementations
- Assist in development of MES training documents and execution (Admin, User)
- Provide organization oversight for complex systems involving the development of MES
- Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value
- Support the Project Management team (PMO) to align project activities, schedule, time and budget.
- Partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions
- Direct the activities of team in the above tasks
- Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered
- Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Manage medium-small teams and/or projects
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5+ years consulting/professional services experience specifically implementation and support MES solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Experience with Deltek MES solutions
- Experience with Deltek Materials, A&F (Projects, Revenue), Time
- Working knowledge of software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Due to the nature of projects and work for this role, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required
