Hiring Entry‑Level and Assistant Managers for our restaurant in Fulshear, TX Job Summary Culver's is known for our hospitality which comes from the heart. Looking for highly energetic, extrovert types who genuinely care about people. Join our True Blue Team as we bring fresh ButterBurgers and Frozen Custard to Houston. As part of the management team, you’ll provide guidance, direction, and the opportunity to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver’s® leaves happy. This isn't a typical "fast food" restaurant, but a full kitchen working with quality ingredients. You will be on your feet 8‑9 hours a day with very little office work. Managers oversee it all and support their team by leading great shifts and training and supporting the crew. The managers make sure the team is ready at all times by being stocked, ensuring cleanliness, and the team is prepared and ready to give our guests our very best hospitality and great food. Managers are on their feet the entire shift constantly analyzing and making sure the team is going to succeed during the busiest of times. Managers empower team members to grow their skill sets and maintain a positive attitude throughout the restaurant. Be knowledgeable in all aspects of business and show good judgment. Demonstrates an energetic, positive attitude that is contagious. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. COMPENSATION: Wage is commensurate with person’s qualifications and will reflect present market for a person of similar responsibilities.
