Metas Internal Audit (IA) team is looking for a Manager of Monetization to lead Payments, Business Integrity, and New Monetization Experience audits through building and owning relationships with critical business partners, providing project oversight, and managing and developing Internal Audit professionals. We are looking for an empathetic leader who shows deep care for members on their team by understanding what matters most to them and helping them thrive. The candidate must have experience managing a team and be a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in systems, analytics and operational audits who will manage a portfolio which requires close partnership with the Product, Engineering & Integrity Teams. The candidate must be a clear communicator, strong collaborator and be comfortable and highly effective in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.


Manager, Internal Audit - Monetization Responsibilities:

  • Set governance, strategy, and project management expectations across the Meta FinTech, Business Integrity & New Monetization Experience functions
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners across Monetization teams and Integrity teams to thoroughly understand their business and identify appropriate risk mitigations and value additive recommendations
  • Drive risk assessments for the Meta FinTech, Business Integrity & New Monetization Experience functions and participate in enterprise risk assessment and yearly audit planning processes
  • Manage and develop audit professionals to execute audits and projects, providing direction and ongoing coaching and development
  • Bring risk-based thought leadership, leading practice frameworks for technical audits (e.g., Machine learning), audit process improvements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department
  • Collaborate with other IA functional leads to execute IAs strategy and coordinate cross-team audit projects and initiatives
  • Effectively manage the relationship with the IA co-sourcing partner/s to ensure execution as one team
  • Create credibility to be viewed and respected as a leader in the IA organization



Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with Big Four or Internal Audit
  • BA/BS in Management Information systems, Accounting, or related field
  • People developer - commitment and track record for managing and developing a team
  • Functional or auditing experience in one or more of the following: Machine learning, data analytics, engineering systems
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization experience
  • Subject matter knowledge in operations, process, financial, and compliance risks



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional auditing certifications, such as the CIA, CISA
  • Understanding of Meta products and operations
  • Experience working in the technology industry and/or auditing complex data pipelines and advanced computer systems
  • Master relationship builder gains trust through action, develops deep business understanding, spots opportunities, and delivers value to the business
