Manager Of It SecurityCLOSING DATE: Open Until FilledSalary Range: $103,190.00 - $133,115.00/AnnuallyApplicant Must Have A Valid, Unrestricted Insurable Driver's LicenseResume And References Are RequiredEssential Duties, Functions And Responsibilities:Designs, implements and monitors IT security policies, procedures and programs with independent judgement in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities of all organizational healthcare information systems.Provide the overall direction to the organization as well as manage the day-to-day information technology security operations, policies, architecture, and governance.Execute key tasks and projects ensuring that they stay on track with goals and timelines.Interact internally and externally with senior level management, including the negotiation of critical matters.Provide information security awareness training to organization personnel.Creating and managing security strategies.Oversee information security audits, whether it be performed by the organization or third party personnel.Manage security team members and all other information security personnel.Provide training to information security personnel during onboarding.Evaluate department budget and costs associated with technological training.Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvement.Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment.Serve as a focal point of contact for the information security team and the organization.Manage and configure physical security, disaster recovery and data backup systems.Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other department managers within the organization.Performs other duties as assigned.Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:Experience: Five (5) years of direct experience as an Information Technology Supervisor in a healthcare setting.Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, or Technology Management.Please email degree, transcripts, license and certifications to Elvera.Shirley@fdihb.orgNavajo/Indian Preference:FDIHB and its facilities are located within the Navajo Nation and, in accordance with Navajo Nation law, has implemented a Navajo/Indian Preference in Employment Policy.
