You will be responsible for the operation of the company, and sales of new jobs. Tasks will generally include:
- Completing sales calls for all new incoming leads.
- Completing sales follow-ups with all existing job leads.
- Managing tracking of job lead status, all proposals.
- Scheduling jobs with customers.
- Managing longer term projects by way of coordination, problem solving, changes, and communication.
- Assist with company hiring, interviewing and onboarding.
- Reviewing existing job status and perform follow-ups with staff.
- Assist engineering team with administrative, human resource, operations and job questions.
- Reviewing and paying invoices.
- Managing our industry trade group activity.
- Addressing all computer/technology/software needs at the company.
- Manage annual tax filings, state registrations, insurance renewals.
You will work alongside an administrative assistant.
