Our client, a leading manufacturer with annualized net sales near $20B, seeks a Manager of Planning and Analytics. Operating globally, this role in the Packaging Machinery and Automation division reports to the Global Finance Lead. You'll drive the sales and operations planning process, participate in business advancement teams, and provide crucial analysis support.

Impactful Responsibilities:
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Facilitate the monthly IBP process, managing demand with the Global Commercial Team.
  • Shipment Forecast: Develop Packaging Machinery and Automation shipment forecasts, providing a facility-wise roll-up.
  • SFDC Management: Oversee and enhance Packaging Machinery and Automation business Salesforce (SFDC) workflows.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce S&OP presentation decks, KPI dashboards, and lead/participate in Six Sigma projects.
  • Analytical Support: Provide data-driven decision-making support through analytical insights.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global stakeholders to maintain the Machinery Fleet database.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Education: Background in Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline (5+ years of experience desired).
  • Attributes: Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, team player, great problem-solving skills, and quantitative analytical abilities.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to SFDC is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a multinational organization is preferable.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and administer the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process:
o Manage monthly IBP Demand process with the Global Commercial Team.
  • Develop the Packaging Machinery and Automation shipment forecast process and provides a roll-up by facility (Atlanta, Orlando, France, and UK) that drives the financial one.
  • Manage and improve Packaging Machinery and Automation business Salesforce (SFDC) workflows and ensure its accuracy.
  • Produce reporting including the monthly S&OP presentation deck and KPI dashboards.
  • Lead and/or participates in Six Sigma projects to develop processes and SOPs for the business.
  • Provide analytical support to drive data driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with Global stakeholders to maintain the Machinery Fleet database and automate it.
