YOUR ROLE

  • Manage in-store and digital assets for assigned distributor partners and serve as the subject matter expert as it relates to visual merchandising and POS strategy and development.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support national promotions for consumers and professional stylists and ensure all deliverables meet timelines as appropriate.
  • Stay up to date on industry trend analysis, competitive activity, and changing shopper behaviors as well as staying on top of key trends in pro hair and retail communities.
  • Lead Trade Marketing strategies through regular market visits, customer/ sales team meetings and ride-alongs.
  • Work hand-in-hand with finance, supply chain and brand development on COGs, margin targets, allocations, sell through, PO management ensuring timelines are met.
  • Effectively manage and maintain budget responsibility for in store merchandising, aligned with key stakeholders, while always looking to improve cost.
  • Be an active participant during the bi-yearly planning sessions, understanding partner needs and strategizing on best practices.
  • Collaborate with assigned distributor partners and in-house marketing team to develop creative and effective CRM strategies.
  • This role is remote.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong financial acumen and business analytics capabilities.
  • Effectively communicates cross-functionally and has strong organizational skills to keep multiple priorities running smoothly.
  • Strong planner with excellent attention to detail ensuring projects are on time and on budget
  • Innovative problem solver with a knack for devising creative strategies to achieve KPI targets
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
