Summary

The Manager, Business Performance and Analytics will be responsible for the enablement of Dataworks outcomes through operations support and alignment, dynamic resource management, and operations analytics center of excellence.

This person will lead a team in establishing the infrastructure and running dynamic resource management where people move to the work and capacity is always known. This team will also manage analysts that ensure initiatives and programs are tracking toward outcomes and performing as intended.

Responsibilities

  • Measure the overall health of the organization, understand how each strategic initiative impacts the overall health of the organization, and provide transparency into the organizations work to make informed decisions.
  • At a program level, ensure the right team (resources and capacity) is in place, alignment to the overall strategy exists, and supporting tools and templates are in place.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, devising strategies, and leading your team through execution.
  • Leads a team to refine, run and enable the infrastructure that supports the smooth operations of the business
  • Leads the Operating health analytics across FedEx Dataworks to assess KPIs, operating rhythms, and key insights to ensure progress to outcomes.

Skills / Abilities

  • Self-starter, intellectually curious and bring the ability to transform various developments and actions into a synthesized set of strategies and business updates to a senior executive level audience.
  • Strong prior knowledge of project management or program management execution
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies
  • Strong analytical understanding to determine value, prioritization and/or critical problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly and openly communicate status, issues/risks, and challenges presented to project, as well as ability to create clear and concise presentations
  • Ability to effectively operate within a fast pace, dynamic, complex and matrix organization
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationship across the organization
  • Create a culture and team dynamic to maximize a team environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent. Has five to eight (5 - 8) years relevant work experience.
  • Self-directed leader with proven ability to Lead teams and Organizations and drive transformational change.
  • Strong analytics background using Power BI, Smartsheets, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly dynamic atmosphere, be unafraid of risks, and willing to fail fast to learn and succeed
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and travel requirements

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Annual Range $120,720 to $181,080

Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
