We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager of Physical Security to lead and oversee our outsourced security teams. Responsibilities:
- 1.Outsourced Security Team Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the outsourced security teams, ensuring alignment with company policies and security protocols.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to outsourced security personnel to enhance their effectiveness.
- 2.Security Operations:
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- 3.Incident Response and Crisis Management:
- Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, working closely with internal and external teams to mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans to address potential security threats.
- 4.Physical Security Measures:
- Evaluate and enhance physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance, and alarms.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure a secure and safe working environment.
- 5.Collaboration with Internal Departments:
- Work closely with various internal departments, such as IT, legal, and HR, to ensure a holistic approach to security.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address security-related concerns and initiatives.
- 6.Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to security protocols, incidents, and responses.
- Generate regular reports on security metrics, incidents, and trends for senior leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CPP, PSP, etc.) are a plus.
- Proven experience in security management, with a focus on overseeing outsourced security teams.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience in security operations and incident response.
