Title and Summary Manager, Product Management – Small Business At Mastercard, we have a compelling opportunity to scale a high-value Services business for our Commercial customers—extending the success of our Consumer model across Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF). We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager, Services to help drive this ambition in the Americas region. This role will lead the development and execution of the SME Services strategy, helping define and activate a strong go-to-market approach that unlocks new revenue streams, expands monetizable offerings, and strengthens performance discipline across CNPF. Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Mastercard account teams, this manager will support pipeline growth, deliver customer‑centric solutions, and drive disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Americas region (NAM, Canada, and LAC) to: Lead the development and execution of the SME Services strategy across the Americas, expanding existing offerings and identifying new monetizable opportunities aligned to CNPF priorities. Build and execute the go‑to‑market approach for SME Services, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and channel strategy to drive adoption and revenue growth. Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Delivery, Studios, Analytics, and account teams to develop the SME services roadmap, pilot new solutions, and ensure strong post‑sale execution and client outcomes. Strengthen portfolio performance by embedding governance, codifying best practices, sharing playbooks across regions, and building scaled tools, insights, and automation to improve efficiency and time‑to‑value. Build strong relationships with customers, fintechs, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders while representing SME Services through thought leadership, client engagement, and market‑facing forums as appropriate. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in strategy, go‑to‑market execution, or launching scalable products/services with commercial impact across complex, multi‑market environments. Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives and influence outcomes against ambitious growth targets. Industry/Technical: Strong understanding of the payments industry and Commercial New Payment Flows; ability to leverage payments technology and innovation to solve client problems; strong financial and business acumen. Leadership & Collaboration: Prior people management or team leadership experience preferred; strong consultative problem‑solving skills; effective executive communication and stakeholder management; comfort operating in highly matrixed, cross‑functional settings. Certifications: Relevant industry certifications preferred. Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
