Manager, Product Manager – Model Analytics & Forecasting Product Management Capital One’s Finance Product & Data Solutions (FPDS) team is the central product organization within Finance, responsible for defining strategy, prioritizing outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, resilient platforms and data capabilities. The Capital Markets & Analytics Product team is a high impact team within FPDS, entrusted with managing the platforms that our Capital Markets associates use to manage risk, value portfolios, and inform decision-making across Finance and the broader firm. Responsibilities Embed with partners and stakeholders across quant model development, balance sheet risk management, and Treasury trading desks to understand user and end customer pain points and desired outcomes from modeling tools. Partner closely with users and end customers, including Quant and Treasury teams, to translate business requirements that enable model development, testing, and deployment. Work with counterparts across Technology, Data, and Business stakeholder teams, and collaborate with peer teams in Research, Design, Architecture, and other groups to develop and iterate on proposed solutions for high‑priority needs. Drive alignment across stakeholders by prioritizing competing initiatives, sequencing development of capabilities and features, and ensuring end‑to‑end delivery. Establish success metrics and feedback loops to assess customer usability, adoption, and solution impact, continuously iterating based on user and stakeholder feedback. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives on ambiguity, enjoys solving hard structural problems, and can balance near‑term delivery with long‑term platform evolution. The manager will operate as a trusted partner to Finance and Risk leaders, helping shape the “why,” “what,” and “how” behind the models that matter most. Basic Qualifications Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
