General Information:Purchasing Manager 

The Purchasing manager will lead the purchasing department for Business Division Controls. This position will support BD Controls within the eMobility Division and report directly to the Head of eMobility Purchasing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish purchasing strategies, policies, guidelines and procedures in the assigned area and oversee their implementation.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics for all levels of purchasing activities.
• Oversee the development of suppliers' base and purchasing partnerships in terms of QCD.
• Plan and prioritize resources and budgets as well as internal or external sourcing ("make-or-buy").
• Initiate and organize improvement actions.
• Lead, coach and develop team members within the purchasing controls area

  Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Electronics degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in procurement of electronics
• Semiconductors, passives, discrete, and other electronics components
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience directly managing employees
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
